  11. I dial PPP with USR 28.8 sportster. When I hear the dial tone slowed 
  12. down, ti always means it won't connect properly. the screen show only 
  13. part of the handshake and no ISP address given. So can't get in to WEB 
  14. and all that.

  16. Is this a problem of USR, or my winsock software, or the Internet 
  17. provide's modem?
